Ekaette Umoh, FCA is a faculty member of Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan Atlantic University, Lagos and African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development, Abuja.
She is President, Lagos Business School Alumni Association, Northern Zone, immediate past President, League of Akwa Ibom Professionals and also immediate past Vice President, NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW).
Ekaette who is also known as The Profitability Queen is committed to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive. She draws from her wealth of experience as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Microfinance Banker with over fourteen years of banking experience in both deposit money banks and a microfinance bank. During her time in the microfinance sub-sector, she founded and ran a microfinance bank for eight years and was the National Treasurer of the National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB) at one point.
Ekaette Umoh is the author of two widely acclaimed books- Aspire: Starting A Successful Business and Those Teenage Years. She is on the advisory board of several organisations. Ekaette has spoken, trained and facilitated at major conferences, retreats and seminars. She has been a guest several times on Money Show with Nancy on AIT and featured on Daily Trust Woman.
